Yes. The demo brand is designed to show a handmade jewelry business structure. Final products will be made by the business owner.
Are natural stones exactly the same?
No. Natural stones may vary in colour, pattern, shape and texture. This makes each piece slightly different.
Can I request a custom size?
Yes. Custom sizing can be offered for selected bracelets and necklaces.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. Gift-ready packaging can be offered for most products.
How long does shipping take?
Processing time depends on whether the item is ready to ship or made to order. Final shipping times will be confirmed before launch.
Do you ship across Canada?
The first version is planned for Canada-wide shipping.
Can I pick up locally?
Local pickup can be enabled if the business owner confirms it.
Can I return earrings?
Earrings may not be returnable for hygiene reasons where permitted.
How do I care for handmade jewelry?
Avoid water, perfume, lotion and harsh chemicals. Store pieces separately and handle adjustable cords gently.
Can I order a custom gift set?
Yes. Custom gift set requests can be submitted through the Custom Orders page.
